No Placed Orders events on Campaign page

Hi there!I'm encountering a peculiar situation. Since February 1st (when we updated everything concerning the new Google/Yahoo policy thingy), all the campaigns we've sent out display open rates and click rates, but the Placed Order analytics remain at $0, even though we're certain there should be a significant number of orders stemming from these specific campaigns. Are there additional actions we need to take in Klaviyo concerning the Google/Yahoo policy changes that were implemented on February 1st? Given that all other Placed Order results were accurately reported before this date, I suspect it might still be related to these changes.Thanks in advance!

Klaviyo email Errors in Outlook

Hi there! I have a problem I can’t seem to solve myself. I’ve created couple of email flows and although all the emails run perfectly in Gmail, Outlook seems to cut and misplace texts, and/or magnify pictures that are placed (mostly in table) blocks. Is there a way to fix this?Thanks in advance!

Coupon code with expiry date in email flow (WC)

Hi all! I’m trying to add either automatically generated unique 1. Coupon code with expiry time (24h for example) OR 2. Link (with coupon code with expiry time added) that takes directly to our e-store. Since all the emails are going out automatically within the abandoned cart flow, the codes should be with expiry times according when they are automatically sent out. I really hope that makes sense! I can’t generate the codes in Woocommerce, since  Klaviyo doesn't support the webhook and we could not set an expiration for coupons that are used in the Klaviyo email, it should be set manually.

Recently Viewed Item to email for Woocommerce users

Hi! I’ve tried to add Recently Viewed Item block on my Abandoned Cart email flow, but it just doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried to do it several different ways. For one, I tried to follow this instruction. All the triggers/info about client’s viewed product runs nicely to the person’s profile list. Inside the email itself I used a template, in which I created a Text block. Referral link without a rewards program

Hi everyone! I have a question about Referal links. I saw people have previously asked about building up a referral program for their site through Klaviyo and for that many wonderful integrations were suggested. Is there anyone who has had an experience with just adding a Referral link to their Klaviyo email without creating a whole program with rewards and such? The main point would be to send our clients the referral link, which they can share, and with any friend who would sign to that email list with that specific link, they would be eligible for a price afterward. That means we should be able to track all the people who have invited their friends to join the list.

Sending Review request links (Klaviyo + Stamped.io + Woocommerce)

Hi! I have a question about sending review request link in Klaviyo. At the moment we use Stamped.io for sending the Review links, but we’d like to include the request links to our Klaviyo Post-purchase email flow in a way that we have a link in emails that directs to the same landing page it does at the moment. The question is: is there a way (for Woocommerce users) to direct clients to a landing page that doesn’t bring customers to a specific area of a page on your site so that when they click through the email, they will be brought directly to the area where they can submit reviews, but rather to the same already costumized (by Stamped) landing page it does right now.Thanks in advance!

Pop-up with offer

Hi there! Does anyone happen to know if it is possible to build up a pop-up window (with email field and discount offer), if costumer clicks to a certain button on page? The pop-up possibilities that’ve found are connected to timing (for example, if someone has been on a site for certain time) or leaving the page. Thanks in advance!

How to add birthday collection form to a Welcome newsletter?

Hi! Is there a way to add a Birtday sign up form to a email (the first one on the Welcome flow), instead to a sign-up form? We’re using Woocommerce, if that matters.Thank you in advance!
