Flow email filters set by date

I have an interesting problem I’m trying to solve. Customers can set their own ‘re-fill’ date to get a reminder to order.They enter a flow to receive those reminders over a series of a couple of weeks, however they may reset that ‘refill date’ field at any point while they’re in that flow as they need to delay the date again.If they reset that date, how can I prevent them from receiving the remainder of the flows messages? The only message filter I can see is possible is if the ‘refill date’ is in the last 10 days, which assumes the date hasn’t been changed. But if they reset it to a date that is within the timeframe while they’re still in the flow (a total of 10 days) then technically they may still receive that? Hope that makes sense. Appreciate any suggestions on ways to troubleshoot it

Replenishment Flow Best Practice

I’m trying to figure out the best performing but most customer friendly replenishment flow process. The replenishment is for only 1 product in the product range, so it needs to be filtered based on a trigger of ordering that particular product. The next order can also be determined by the quantity of products the customer ordered. How can I A/B test 2 different approaches using both static delays and reminders against using predictive analytics and sending emails based on the next expected order date? The complexity makes it difficult to:Setup because of the various conditions and branches Measure the impact and compare performanceShould I do this in separate flows that are split by the random sample condition and update a property? Or try to do it all in one? I can’t quite envisage which is the best way to tackle this yet.

Is there a way to automated rebuild frequently re-ordered products via SMS?

I’m trying to find a solution to help improve the ordering process for a simple product that is a commodity and customers often re-order it. I’d like to promote something like ‘Text ‘GAS’ to 0411 123 456’ then trigger an automation based on that keyword that checks or collects the customer’s details, creates a unique checkout link and sends it to them to place an order. So for instance, the flow would work something likeDoes customer have existing order? (this would mean we have their details) Yes they do > ‘Thanks for your request {First Name}, just checking the below details are still the correct ones: {Name} {Email} {Phone} {Address} Reply Y to confirm or N to update’ No they don’t > ‘We can get your gas order organised straight away! Firstly, can you confirm you ‘Full Name’ for us?’ (Customer replies to series of questions getting the required information, confirms information one more time before proceeding) ‘How many cylinders would you like to order?’  Customer repl

Log in to 2 different Klaviyo accounts

One of the things I continuously get tripped up by is trying to see settings, setups and content across 2 different Klaviyo accounts at once in the same browser. It’s a restriction from Klaviyo that allows you to only login to one account at a time in the one browser. I know you can clone some things (but not all) and that it’s more of a security feature. But for people that manage multiple client accounts trying to implement the same settings and features across different accounts is a time-consuming process. I know other providers use sub-domains to help with this, it’d be a lot easier if we could do something like that IMO.

Record SMS sent replies to pass via integrations

One of the BIG limitations of the Klaviyo to Gorgias integration is that inability to pass the whole automated SMS conversation from Klaviyo to Gorgias when a customer replies. For instance, if there are several automated SMS in a sequence and someone replies to an open ended question eg “I’d like to learn more about this product” then that reply has no context when it comes into Gorgias as the SMS they replied to is not bought in for the whole conversation. I’ve reached out to Gorgias on this and they have said this is a limitation of the Klaviyo system. Is there a way to record that SMS reply (even if it’s via an API integration) so it can then be allocated to that ticket in Gorgias?
