I’ve noticed that some of the Dutch translations in CustomerHUB sometimes come across a bit odd or unnatural.
Since we want our brand voice to feel warm and natural, I was wondering:
Is there a way to manually change or override these default translations?
Thanks in advance!

Hey @Stijn van Angelo , thanks for the feedback. I lead the product team working on Customer Hub.
There’s currently no ability to customize the text
If you have more specific feedback, please email us at customerhub@klaviyo.com. We can take any written, video feedback (screen recordings are quite effective), or we can book a time to talk on a call.
What I’d like to understand is whether our translations just need to be better across all brands in Dutch, or if there’s a true need for each brand to customize their own language.
@Byrne C will let you take this for now, but @Stijn van Angelo we are going to have an Ask Me Anything with Customer Hub PMs in October and I am sure they can help if it’s still an issue.
