Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed that some of the Dutch translations in Customer HUB sometimes come across a bit odd or unnatural.

Since we want our brand voice to feel warm and natural, I was wondering:

Is there a way to manually change or override these default translations?

  • There’s currently no ability to customize the text 
  • If you have more specific feedback, please email us at customerhub@klaviyo.com. We can take any written, video feedback (screen recordings are quite effective), or we can book a time to talk on a call. 

What I’d like to understand is whether our translations just need to be better across all brands in Dutch, or if there’s a true need for each brand to customize their own language.
