We were not able to send out any campaigns, and emails were not being delivered — an issue for which we raised multiple support tickets. Despite these efforts, the problem remained unresolved.
We also tried to cancel the subscription but were unable to do so through the system. Since we haven’t been able to use the service for the past 90 days, we kindly request a refund. Please review our account activity and assist us accordingly.
