Hi @prince,
Welcome to the Community! We’re so glad you’re here!
If you ever notice that your integration isn’t properly feeding subscribers into your account, there are various troubleshooting steps to walk through to identify the root of the issue. Typically, subscribers do not sync over through a website’s signup form either because the website and Klaviyo are either not properly linked or the Newsletter list connected to the signup form is set to Double Opt-In.
Depending on what your integration is, can you confirm that when you click into your specific integration tab in Klaviyo, can you confirm that you have checked the box to sync your subscribers to a certain List in Klaviyo. If this checkbox isn’t marked, then your website won’t send customers who fill out your form into Klaviyo because there is no connector between the two.
However, if this box is checked, can you confirm whether or not the List you chose to sync your website’s subscribers to is set to Double Opt-In? If you navigate to your List and hit the tab ‘Settings’ and you should see this image at the bottom of your screen. If you List is set to ‘Double Opt-in’ that means that subscribers will be set an additional message to confirm their subscription before they are added into List. Essentially they are saying ‘yes’ again and confirming they want to accept marketing from your brand. As you cannot send Campaigns or email messages in Flows until a double opt-in subscription to a list is confirmed, this might be the reason your customers aren’t receiving emails from you.
Additionally, I would check out these other Community Post of users experiencing similar issues!

- if we have selected Single Opt-In, , then it will not send any mail to customer , directly they will added to subscriber mailing list , is it so?
2.. if we have selected Double Opt-In, , then it will send confirmation mail to customer
Hi @prince,
Yes, that is correct! If your List is set to Single Opt-In, they will be automatically added to a List upon form submission. If you have a Flow connected to the List, they will receive the first messgae soon after the submit the form.
If your List is set to Double Opt-in, there is an additional step before they are added to the List. They will need to confirm their subscription again with the second email after form submission. Once they do that they will be added to the List and receive any marketing emails from Flows etc. in your account.
Best,
Taylor
