Hello,

I am trying to embed the sign up form in my Cargo 3 site.

I have tried every instruction I can find online, and asked Chat GPT for instructions as I am not knowledgable about this stuff.

I had no problem with my old Shopify site, so my fear is that it is not possible?

I added the snippet to the code (though I am not sure if it is possible to access the right place to add it?) and also the code for the form.

The site is:

pristine.land

am also sharing below the instructions from Cargo about embeds on their site. Though i am pretty sure the info on this page has changed in the last few days as it used to mention iframe (not that I know what that means)

https://docs.cargo.site/third-party-embeds

Let me know any extra info I need to add.

Thank you!

Kathryn

Hi @PRISTINE_KATHRYN

Have you had a chance to follow our instructions on embedded forms? I would also recommend reaching out to Cargo 3 for assistance on this. If you're not integrated with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce, which sync a snippet of code called Klaviyo.js through the respective integrations (or for Shopify, through an app embed), you will first need to install Klaviyo.js on your site in order to publish forms. Klaviyo.js is also known as the Active on Site tracking code snippet, because it also enables user activity tracking; you can read more about it in our guide to web tracking. I hope this helps!
