It is very strange. But our visitors couldn’t use the German or Dutch phone.
We can see the error message “Please enter the valid phone number”
The phone numbers are valid.
How to fix it?

Regrettably, we do not support SMS for Germany or Dutch numbers at this time. This is why these numbers are showing up as invalid. We have toll-free numbers available to send to US or Canadian recipients, or alphanumeric sender IDs which will allow you to target recipients in Australia or the UK. Learn more here!
We are actively working on expanding to other countries, and while I don't have a timeline to share for Germany specifically, you can always feel free to check back in for updates!
