Names not syncing to Klaviyo list through Shopify sign up form

We have a Name Field in the Shopify sign up forms on our homepage, however only the email address is syncing to Klaviyo, even when visitors enter their name.

 

Can anyone help with why the Name isn’t showing in our Klaviyo newsletter subscriber list?

Hi @Sarah,

The only default data that passes to Klaviyo from Shopify are “Accepts Marketing” and Shopify Tags. I have seen “hidden” fields associated with a Shopify form pass to Klaviyo in the past. That may be another avenue to explore with Shopify.
