I want the popups to be the same for both mobile and desktop. If let’s say I edit mobile, it will then edit desktop and remove the first line of text. How do I create the pop up so its the same on both. If I add anew text box to the desktop version it will just add it to the mobile version.

I would investigate your block’s display setting at an individual level. The issue could be that your ‘Get 15% off’ block is accidentally set to only show on ‘mobile’ instead of ‘all devices’ which could explain the issue!
