Klaviyo has been creating a lot of "engaged non openers" segments from my campaigns. What should I do with these?

Hi @daddyshomemadesyrups,

These segments are temporarily created after you send a campaign for the purpose of sending a follow-up campaign if you choose. To explain further, every campaign will have openers and non-openers. “Engaged non-openers” are profiles that have recently engaged with your emails, but didn’t engage with that particular campaign you just sent. We provide the option to send a follow-up campaign to engaged non-openers, because these profiles have historically been interacting with your emails, and sending a follow-up may be a good chance to get them to re-engage.

That being said, you must have a deliverability score of at least 50 to use this feature, and you don’t want to send a follow-up for every campaign, as sending people the same email twice in a row too often might seem invasive to them. Because of this, I recommend using this option sparingly - mainly for important campaigns that you don’t want your audience to miss!
