Account setup: cant switch from woocommerce to shopify

Hello all!

 

When I started setting up the account months ago I selected woocommerce as store option.

In the meantime I switched to Shopify, however Klaviyo keeps asking me to connect to woocommerce in the “welcome setup flow”.

 

What I already have done:

  • I clicked on remove integration woocommerce.
  • I added Shopify integration
  • reloaded/ log out log in

It continues to ask me to connect to woocommerce.

 

Any help here?

Hey @marybeans 

This is weird, Just wanted to confirm that you did the below?

  • Go to the Integrations tab in Klaviyo.
  • Ensure WooCommerce is not listed among your integrations. If it is, remove it again.
  • Clear your browser cache or try accessing Klaviyo from a different browser to make sure the changes take effect.

If the issue still persists, I would suggest to connect to klaviyo’s live chat support and they should be able to look into this in more details.

Yes I did all the mentioned steps and I believe its a system bug, because the only listed integration is Shopify.

 

Do you know if there is a way to receive support from Klaviyo via the forum? I havent paid for the full subscription yet.
