Hello,

I have a Shopify website and I am using Klaviyo for my CRM.

It seems that when I’m displaying products in my email using the dynamic product recommendation tool provided by Klaviyo, on Gmail only, the product images are downloadable.

Based on my investigation, this happens because there are no URLs linked to those images.

Is there a way to add a URL for each product in the Shopify product feed ?

Thanks,

Umberto

Hi @unajar

Unfortunately there isn't a setting within Klaviyo that can control this - this is usually a feature of the mail client that the email is opened on.

For example: If you have unlinked images in your email and the image is above a certain size, Gmail will display an image download icon when you move the cursor over the image. This happens when the image is at least 300 pixels wide and 150 pixels tall. Clicking on the icon will cause your browser to download the image to your computer.

Here is a little more information for reference and some ideas for a workaround. I hope this helps!
