IS it possible to trigger emails when come clicks a link?

Hello 

i want to send a email part of a flow offering an extended warranty, in that i want there to be a yes - no button…. id like to be able to send an email to those who click yes and a differnt one to those who click no..

any pointers?

Hi Duncan, a couple ways you could do this:

  1. Check out this community post on how to direct subscribers based on what links/urls they clicked: 
  2. Another way is to collect that info as a profile property based on what button/link they clicked. Then have a segment for those subscribers you want to email.  You can create a flow that is triggered when someone enters that segment.  Here’s an article on how to update the profile property based on the click:  https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005255248-How-to-Use-Links-to-Collect-Information-About-Your-Recipients
