Klaviyo’s resend function does only allow for individual email sendoffs. That function is really meant to send one off emails to those customers who may have reached out saying they missed an email or they may have accidentally deleted an email.
To resend a campaign to those users who haven’t opened the original send in bulk, you can do so through segmentation as explained in our How to Resend a Campaign Email to "Non-Openers" Help Center article. When resending campaigns to non-openers, we highly recommend taking caution at how often you do this as it can negative impact your sending reputation.
