Abandoned Cart Reminder Flow Filter "Added to Cart"

Forum|alt.badge.img+4

Hello,

Can someone please explain to me why the filter “Added to Cart zero times since starting this flow” is needed for the Abandoned Cart Reminder Flow?

Does this prevent someone who adds multiple items to their cart from receiving the flow for each action?

Thank you!

Hi @TeamBill

You are absolutely correct. Given the Add to Cart event is higher in the funnel and its likely that users may add multiple items to their cart (pending on your product line), the “Add to Cart” event triggers someone into the flow based on their first add to cart action and the flow filter keeps them from being re-entered into the flow for each additional product they may add.

I hope that helps!
