my welcome flow is not working

Hi Klaviyo, I am currently working a two welcome flows in English and German, the Flows are both live, but when someone subscribes to the list, they just receive the first email in the flow, but not the others. Emails are supposed to be sent after one hour of their previous email. I also made sure that my smart sending is on “1 hour”, but the problem is still there.
