Hi

I want to test the wait-time on my abandon cart flow.

Did I put the conditional split the right place, or should it come before the time delay?

Thank you very mych for your help.

Hi @NBT and welcome to the Community!

I totally agree with @In the Inbox that your Conditional Split seems to be placed perfectly for the test you are running.

If you are looking for more resources that might help you out while you’re running this test, I would recommend this Help Center Article on A/B Flow Branches:

Additionally, here is another Community thread discussing some potential reasons why such a test might fail, in case you run into any issues along the way:

I hope this helps and thank you for using the Community!

Hi @NBT

Thanks for posting your question in the community. I think the current set up of your cart abandon flow with the 50/50 random split is great and makes perfect sense for the split test you are running for the time delay.

Best of luck with the test!
