Hi!
I would like to implement a price-down flow for the custom feed. When user adds product to favourites products, we need to send an email when the product is back in stock.
I have read the next article - https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404249033755, but there is no ‘Price drop’ option in trigger setup, only Metric, List, Segment, Date property. Is it possible at all and how can I implement it?

Hello @Khrystyna_Demchyna,

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

Since you mentioned you’re setting up a custom product feed are you also using a custom integration?

As mentioned in the How to create a price drop flow Help Center article you brought up:

Price drop flows are only available for BigCommerce, Magento 2, Shopify, and WooCommerce stores.

This means that if you were using a custom integration, this type of flow trigger would not be available.

I hope this helps!

David
