Email is showing up as Opened but not received in inbox

I sent out a campaing for my client. Klaviyo is showing that some of these contacts have opened the email but my client says it never landed in their inbox nor in spam.

 

Why does this happen ?
Opens appears immediately after the reception of the email. Does anyone know what can cause this?
I have to resend the email manually so that he receives it well

This sort of behavior is typically indicative of a bot open. I’ve previously explained this behavior in some past Community posts which I’ve linked below:

Chances are, your recipients have not received the email yet because the bot is reviewing the content of the email.
