Hello,

How can I import a design from one template to another new one without copying the HTML code?

I need to make the template that was imported editable.

I followed the steps below that I found on a Klaviyo forum.

Content

Template

Export template

Copy the HTML code and paste it into the editor

But it didn’t work, I was enable to edit the HTML design.

I hope you guys understand my question. :)

Thanks,

Hey @Horgans

Welcome to the community and congrats on your first post, happy to help!

You can create a content block within an HTML template: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005254188-Import-a-Custom-HTML-Template-with-Drag-and-Drop-Support

To save content across multiple templates, you can use the Universal content feature in the template editor. See here to learn more: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005413888-How-to-create-and-manage-universal-and-saved-content

Hope this helps!
