Webhook delays?

Hi allI have a Flow set up for a client which fires off a webhook upon a customer being subscribed to a List. We’ve noticed really inconsistent delays with webhooks sitting in ‘waiting’, even though we don’t have any delays configured.There doesn’t seem to be any clear pattern to this — sometimes the webhook is almost instantaneous, and other times we’ll see a wait of 2-3 minutes before it’s sent. There’s no reason that it’s hitting any sort of rate limits.Are there restrictions or deliberate delays on webhooks that are undocumented?Thanks

How do I make a birthday sign up form? 'Birthday' is not in the 'profile properties'

Hello. I want to collect birthdays in my opt-in form. But somehow I don't see ‘birthday’ in the properties or in the list. How can I still collect the dates and still have the data correct in the customer profiles? Would like to hear from someone! Thanks

Spell Check Suggestions for EDM Copywriting (Grammarly Chrome Extension not Working)

I’ve been using the Grammarly google chrome browser extension for spell checking my klaviyo content. As of a few weeks ago, its has stopped working for some reason. I assume it is to do with the editor changes. Just wondering what everyone else is using for spell check when they are working within Klaviyo’s editors/any suggestions to try fixing this? Thanks.

Feed Inaccessible

Hi everyone,  I am trying to create a custom catalogue with a Google Shopping XML feed. However when I have gone to create the catalogue, the status says ‘Feed Inaccessible’.  Does anyone know why this is?

Spike in open + click rates for hotmail

Anyone else notice a surge in open and click rate for hotmail yesterday? Like 70 to 90% on both click and opens. Any ideas as to why? We saw this across many of our accounts yesterday

API Methods to get all campaigns sent to a particular profile or e-mail domain

Hi,I am new to using the Klaviyo API.  I have had a quick look at the API and really just need a few pointers to help me understand if what I wish to achieve is possible or not, and if it is then roughly how might I set about it.I would like to run a script that will look through all of the campaigns that I have sent and report all of the campaigns that were sent to a specific recipient or better still sent to any recipient at a specified e-mail domain.  It can’t be assumed that any lists or segments have the same definitions that they had when the campaigns were sent, so is there an underlying database that can be accessed that records the “send-to” list of each campaign?Many thanks for any help that can be provided.Ross

Pulling through abandoned items from a cart into a internal alert

Hi! I am hoping the brilliant collective can help. I am creating an abandoned cart flow, and after the last email to the prospect I want to send an internal email to the sales team to let them know that the prospect has gone through the process and has not bought. The internal alert I want the details of the prospect along with the what they have left in their cart. For the first bit I have…Name - {{ first_name }}{{ last_name }}Email - {{ email }}Organisation - {{ person.organization }}Items in cart - {{ ?????? }}But I do not know what to use to pull in the information from the cart that they have abandoned?  Can anyone help?

Klaviyo images are not showing after sending into inbox

Firstly i use klaviyo drag and drop builder to make these sections but while doing sending text this images are landed as blank in the mail box . Can anyone know the reason or how it can be fixed?

Profiles added via sign up forms not automatically appear on wordpress users

Hello,I have met two questions:#1 I've created a sign-up form and a corresponding list. However, I noticed that the profiles from the list do not automatically appear in my WordPress users or WooCommerce customers. Is this normal?#2 It seems logical that individuals registering via this sign-up form should receive an activation link to set their password. Do you know how to achieve this?Thanks!

Nurturing sequence with marketing resources. How to make sure they don't start at the same time?

Hello, I have different guides that clients can download, and each guide has its own flow. How can I configure the flows so that clients receive the guides they download but that the flows do not start at the same time? If someone signs up for two lists, they can complete one flow first, and the next one starts when the current one is finished.

Cannot add Facebook integration - ad account not found on the list

Hey,I am admin of several business managers on Facebook.I am trying to add Facebook connection on a new Klaviyo account. Business Integration in my FB profile is set, relevant ad account and Facebook page permission given.But when I try to connect it in Klaviyo, I just can’t find the correct ad account on the list.Has anyone solved this already?Kr,Gašper

Secret Sale Pop Up

I would like to have a secret sale event for email subscribers while encouraging new visitors to subscribe for access. I’ve created the collection and the full page pop up for just that collection, but there's nothing keeping visitors from just x-ing out of the pop up to view/ order from the collection. How can I make the ‘X’ redirect to the home page so that the sale is truly exclusive to subscribers and those who sign up? Additionally, how can I make the ‘X’ in the success pop up direct straight to the secret sale?

Review quotes not showing?

NEED ADVICE FOR CART UPSELL APP

Soooo I have a problem. I really need your help. I use the MonsterUpsell cart app. And it’s really been amazing. But now that I want to move forward and build my email list with discount codes, or maybe start a loyalty program with discount codes, I am not able to do that at all with MonsterUpsells. This app has been incredible but now that I want to start to do some things with discount codes, I can’t do a single thing. Please share with me what cart upsell app you are using that is compatible with discount codes I generate in shopify? My current cart offers discounts for multiple items bought and shows frequently bought together. I’ve searched and none of the cart upsell apps really specify if they do allow it. PLEASE HELP! Thanks so much.

Not receiving preview email to my business email - issue started recently

Hi there! We send preview emails to our email domain and so far this hasn’t been an issue, until this month. If we send it to another domain (including gmail), we receive the email, but not when it’s sent to our own domain.(When we send out the campaign, we do receive that campaign email in our email domain).As far as I can see DMARC etc has been set up correctly.. and hasn’t changed either. We set that up months ago and never had an issue until this month.Is there anything we can check to see why the preview email is not coming in?

Billing Issue

Hi we’re trying to get back on Klaviyo but we’re having issue with upgrading our plan. Help Needed: Setting Up a Dynamic Prelaunch Email Flow

Hi everyone,I'm starting an ecommerce pet business soon. We'll be launching our Coming Soon page soon, and I'm working on setting up a prelaunch email flow. I want to make sure that subscribers who join at different times still get a relevant and engaging experience.Here's what I have so far:Trigger: When someone is added to All Subscribers Welcome & 25% Discount email Wait 3 days: Brand Story email Wait 5 days: Product Education email Wait 7 days: FAQ emailThe issue I'm facing is that this setup is very linear and assumes subscribers join at the beginning of the prelaunch period. If someone joins part way through or with just a week left, they won't receive the emails in a timely manner.I’m wondering what the best way to go about this would be? Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks so much,Brian
