Connecting Klaviyo FORM to carrd.co

Hey, this is pretty urgent, I’m trying to create a form using Klaviyo and trying to connect it to Carrd. The only issue is that I did connect it to carrd, but it looks pretty gross. I’ve created a klaviyo form, which I can’t connect to carrd directly, so carrd has it’s own Form. Is there any way to directly use Klaviyo’s form on Carrd? Thank you!

The logic filter email partial flow

Hi there, I'm concerning about the to do partial fullfill logic to send the email properly to customer, the logic like that:If I want filter to see if the order has been partially fulfilled before, to adjust the email message accordingly.On the contrary, with the partial order fulfilled event, I want to filter to see if the order is partially fulfilled, is it the final tracking, or is there still other tracking yet to be fulfilled to adjust the message accordingly?Can someone suggest me the filter condition to do this, thanks so much

Removing Specific Product from Abandoned Cart Flow

Hey fam, I have a shipping protection upsell that I use for a shopify store. I have noticed that the email flows have been including this as a product and reminding people to come back and buy it from their cart + the product they had in mind.Is there any way to prevent this from happening? or exclude the protection from this flows?Thank you in advance, Sebas.

Exiting Abandoned Cart Flow and Profile Property Update

I have a two questions regarding an abandoned cart flow—(1) My question (which I THINK the answer is yes) is: If I set “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow” as a “Profile Filter” on the initial “Trigger”, this will be checked before each action?So, if a user buys after email 1, they WILL NOT receive email 2. OR, do I have to add that same filter (“Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow”) in the “Additional Filters” section of each email action card? (2) Further to this, I have a “Profile Property Update” action at the beginning and end of each flow—“(Exclude) In Flows BOOL”—so I can identify users currently in a flow. So, If I have a sale email etc., those people do not get this email interrupting their flow. I seem to have a lot of people (too many) in this segment atm so I think there’s a bug, namely: If (1) above is true and the “Profile Filter > “Checkout Started zero times since starting this flow” on the initial trigger is checked prior to each s

How to stop coupon email from being delivered to spam?

Hello,I have 2 questions as below:(1) Per my test on my own gmail email address, I found my coupons being delivered to spam. So how do I stop my coupon emails from being delivered to spam?(2) Once the visitor on my website enters their email address, how do I set-up a message popping up as “Please check your SPAM folder if you don’t see our coupon delivered to inbox as sometimes our coupon emails do end up there”? Any best practices to notify the visitor about this without raisin any red flags related to spam considering the fact that some customers might think I am sending them spam emails which I am obviously not. I would appreciate your response, thanks!

Hello, I have used Klaviyo email for 3 days. I looked up the sending IPs and found the score of those IPs are not that good. Changes how Custom Reports works!

Dear Community,Is anyone else have similar issue?There was lately change in how Custom Report works which for some can totally changes and brake internal reporting that was based on previous configuration. This means that to follow the same pattern of reporting trough out the year there is need to re do all reports and templates of our customers please if you can bring back how it works earlier or at least give you customers a way to choose which way is preferred!

Where can I find a CSS or a HTML module box or like it, so i can create jump scroll internal anchor links in an email. Content heavy mails really need this feature so readers can quickly jump to any section of the newsletter. I can’t find it in Klaviyo.

Existing data in v1/v2 migration?

Hello,We have a custom Klaviyo integration for our ecommerce infrastructure, which has been using the v1/v2 APIs for a couple of years.I have fully understood and tested the differences between event structure in the v1/v2 APIs and the new APIs and how to migrate event generating code from the old format to the new format.However, what I can’t quite establish is, what happens to all the existing events data (and profiles) - do we need to re-upload all historical data in the new format?I.e. Are historical events already uploaded via v1/v2 100% compatible with equivalent events uploaded with the new APIs?Are we required to delete all existing metrics and re-upload using the new APIs?Thanks in advance!Mat.

Events for internal alerts in flow

Hi there,I’d like to set up a flow that functions like an abandoned cart flow, but instead of emailing the customer it creates an internal alert that emails members of the team so that we can reach out personally to these potential donors. The issue I’m having at the moment is the way I’ve set it up it sends an internal alert, but I’m assuming by default these email alerts won’t have any information other than letting us know a user has an incomplete donation.I’ve set up a flow that adds a profile property to users who begin donating to us but then don’t complete payment, is there a way I can use event tags or some other method so that the email contains the details of the user who triggered the flow? Edit: Added how the flow is currently looking to (hopefully) clarify.

Shopify Markets - Any update about integration?

Hi team, we are managing 8 different stores using Shopify and we are going to migrate to Shopify Stores.There is not any updated information about this kind of integration, new functionalities, etc…For example, could we keep our 8 Klaviyo accounts) Will we need to manage just one account using 8 different lists) How about the reporting by market? There is a big lack of information from Klaviyo about this issu which affects critically to many different brands. Thank you very much

How to add SMS subscription field to a custom email signup form

I have a quiz page on my site and it gathers quiz information and then gets the customer email and submit all that data to klaviyo a subscribe to the emails. Change the way popups can be closed

Currently the popups I created can be closed either by clicking the little “x” at the top or by clicking/tapping anywhere outside of the popup window.That way I feel like a lot of mobile users accidently close the popup simply by scrolling and tapping through my page at the moment the popup appears. Is there a way to disable this “click off to close it” option and only allowing visitors to close the popup by clicking the little “x”? Thanks!

WooCommerce integration doesn't work with "Simple JWT Authentication" enabled

Our WooCommerce store requires Simple JWT Authentication plugin (https://github.com/jonathan-dejong/simple-jwt-authentication), but the Klaviyo integration doesn’t work when that plugin is enabled. If I temporarily deactivate JWT, I can connect to Klaviyo but after enabling the JWT plugin Klaviyo shows error message “Klaviyo is no longer authorized to connect to WooCommerce.” Is there any way to fix this? Other third party integrations work with JWT enabled.

WINBACK FLOW NOT PERFORMING WELL

HI-My winback flows are not performing well. I checked our analytics for each winback flow and nothing seems to be working. We have no open and click rates. We did the back populate trigger as well for customers who had orders last from x number of days.Is there anything that we did wrong or should add to show data from old customers who have opened our win back emails? Thanks

Two codes not being sent when customer buys two of the same item

Hi everyone, I am very new to this and my jargon isn’t great.  Apologies if I don’t explain this well.  We just launched our Perfume brand and our website (Shopify store) went live last week. Through Klayvio I set up a unique code to be sent to customers who buy our sample pack.  It was set up as a flow with an email that contains a unique code that is sent to the customer when they buy the Sample pack.   It works but we didn’t anticipate that people would buy two sample packs.  What’s happening is they are being sent one email with one coupon code and it should be two separate codes.  Is there a fix around this for the future?  For my current customers, do I just send a manual second code?

Create a wishlist flow

Hello ! I have installed Wishlist King and I have created a trigger to start a wishlist flow (decscription of the trigger below). Now, I want to send an email in which people can see the articles they have in their wishlist. I would like to add in the email,  a picture of the product, the title and the price. I have created a dynamic block and here are the details of the codes. But when I try to preview the email, nothing appears. Here are the screenshots. I tried to modify with the instructions in the abandonned cart flow but it does not work. Can you help me ? Thank you !
