Exclude products from abandoned cart emails

Hello!I am wondering if it is possible to exclude certain items from the dynamic table block for the abandoned cart e-mails. Or only include certain items/ collections. These are items that are “in” their cart but I do not want to send them to encourage them to finish checking out. For example I have the cloverly app for offsetting carbon footprint for shipping and I also have an app that I use to have multiple options for products. I don’t want these items showing in the abandoned cart e-mail. Is there a way to go about excluding these?Thanks so much for any help!Natalie

Feature Request - Browser Push notifications

Hi KL community, Wanted to gauge the interest of other brands for a roll out of a Klaviyo Browser Push notification, separate from the iOS push notifications that are currently featured. A lot of other CRMs that are a bit larger offer as part of their kit this but I like my KL ecosystem. I currently use a 3rd party Shopify App to provide this feature, where I can create similar flows to my KL (Abandon cart, welcome series) as well as notify interested subscribers about blog posts, and lastly to support my one time campaign measures. It’d be great to have this as part of my Klaviyo to prevent customer fatigue by hitting them in more than one medium, as well as provide customers the opportunity to choose how they get notified.

How to add a NS recordy type in Shopify to set up a branded domain

Hi, I am not sure if I am missing something here but I am trying to set up my branded sending domain. My website is built in Shopify, Klaviyo recommends the dynamic routing option which then asks me to enter a TXT record (no problem) and 4 NS records. What is an NS record? There is no option to add this in Shopify. Thanks in advance for your help!

Shopify Discounts - Combinable Discount Codes via Klaviyo

As you may already know, Shopify introduced combinable discount codes in June of last year, which has been a game-changer for many of us.However, I'm writing today to discuss a challenge that I and many others have faced when using Klaviyo for flows and customer rewards. As you may know, dealing with dynamic discount codes in Klaviyo can be a bit cumbersome, especially for those of us who offer automatic codes through Shopify.For example, my shop offers automatic codes for bundling promotions - Buy 2, Save 5%, Buy 4, Save 15%. Unfortunately, this causes issues with our dynamic discount codes through Klaviyo, as we have to manually enable combinations each time Klaviyo generates a new set of discount codes. (This is just not possible to keep up with)That's why I'm here today to request a new feature that would make our lives much easier - the ability to enable combinations en masse per discount through the Klaviyo dashboard. Fire custom webhook when user unsubscribes?

How do I add a custom webhook endpoint for Klaviyo to call when a user unsubscribes for a list? Does this exists? It’s a must have feature of an email provider. If this isnt available how else can I keep subscription statuses synced with my application database?

Delete a profile via API

Hey is there a way to delete a profile via an API call ?i am able to unsubscribe the profile from the list but i still dont know how to delete the user profile. and the api page doesnt give me any information regarding that part.

Hey, we have 5 different Klaviyo accounts and would like to add a few sign up forms. However, creating a new signup form for each of the accounts is really a pain.Is there a way to clone a signup form to another account like with the flows or templates?

Bulk Upload Property Filters for a Segment

I have a list of around 300 custom properties we are using and I’d like to find a way to bulk upload them to a segment definition filter. Right now it seems like my only option is manually enter them as “OR” filters but this is very time consuming for so many properties. Surely there has to be an easier way to do this?

Inflated click rates?

Is anyone else experiencing massively inflated click rates? We started noticing it from about 2 weeks ago to now, and it’s showing an over 200% increase to our monthly click rate averages. When looking at individual campaigns as well, they’re also looking to be incredibly higher. Does anyone know if this is just a Klaviyo issue being worked through or what else would be causing this?

New API - Bulk creation and updates of profiles?

It seems like the new APIs are a major step backwards in certain regards and I’m hoping that I'm just misunderstanding their usage. For instance, if I have an array containing, say, two hundred profiles that I want to insert into a list, some of which are existing profiles with updated information and some of which are new profiles, previously I could use the https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v2/list/[listid]/members endpoint, which accepts an array of profiles and would update/create the profiles and ensure they were in the referenced list.With the new API it seems like I have cycle through the list one-by-one and use a POST call for new users, and PATCH call for existing users, even though the POST call knows which profile is being referenced as the existing ID is returned in the error message. After doing that I use the Subscribe or Add profiles endpoint to add them to the list via Klaviyo ID (as opposed to a key field like email address that we don’t have to get back from Klaviyo).While I

Klaviyo email flows & campaigns leading to "This site can’t be reached"

Hi, I have an issue where when I send test emails out for my campaigns and email flows, it would direct to “This site can’t be reached”. This has never happened before and I can’t seem to find a fix to it. Would appreciate any help!

Low Inventory Trigger

Hi, I searched a bit via Google & the forums but wasn’t able to get an answer to my question. Is there anyway to enable a low stock trigger for styles? We have the BIS Flow set up but I’d like to set up a Flow that triggers when an item someone has browsed, added to cart, or abandoned cart with is on its last unit. Alternately, adding in a dynamic module that triggers when there is just 1 unit left of a style. I’d like to note that this is a shoe brand - so the trigger needs to take into account both style/size. We are on Shopify.Greatly appreciate any help and let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help!

Suspicious SPAM adresses signing up

Hello,Recently, I've been getting these computer-generated sign-ups like:XXXX+sdf8yf@gmail.com and their locations are like weird international places.Screenshot from a segment I built (with some deletions for privacy)My question is are they spammers or is this the new privacy feature that apple users. Or VPN features?I know that the + sign is a way of redirecting your emails within Gmail, not sure if it works in other systems.Because I have been getting a few and wither way it sucks for working out legit customers.PS: I know I can activate double opt-in to prevent spam.

Integration to Wordpress

Hi, Can anyone help and let us know how to integrate Klaviyo onto Wordpress but not WooCommerce.  We used WP to develop our website but we are selling services, not products, so we don’t need an eCommerce platform, hence not using WooCommerce.Thanks for your help!Kev

How to enter former profiles within the "1st Anniversary" flow

Hello there,I have just started the “1st Anniversary” flow based on the First Purchase date. The flow works fine because new clients are being added into the waiting line.However, more than one year ago I created a flow to enter the First Order, so I have many profiles who have the first order date before I started the Anniversary flow, therefore How can I enter those former profiles into the Anniversary flow?I mean, to do like a “refresh” in order to the Annivesary flow takes into account to those clients.Thanks in advance.Miguel

Subscribe Profile and add custom properties using latest Klaviyo API

Using this endpoint:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/reference/subscribe_profiles Is it possible to subscribe a profile to a list and also add custom properties to that profile in one request? This was possible with the previous API version but now I’m not sure. My request works without adding custom properties, but when I tried adding ‘newKey’ => ‘value’ to the Profile’s object and I got this error:newKey' is not a valid field for the resource 'profile'  Thank you

Form submitted by profile query.....

I really am driving myself round the bend with this - please stay with me!I have a shopify platform linked to my klaviyo. I have two newsletter links, one klaviyo direct that pops up, and the other a shopify static linked back to Klaviyo at the bottom of my website page. I am having sign ups daily to the klaviyo pop up, my stores are integrated but these people are still showing as ‘unsubscribed.’ On their activity feed it says ‘form submitted by profile’ does this mean they have actively completed the marketing form? I can only assume these are the people that ‘signed up’ by going to the metrics tab and looking at the ‘form submitted’ metrics but then it says unsubscribed. Am I looking in the wrong place? Either way there is a misalignment as my master list is not populating by the amount of sign ups Klaviyo is saying I am receiving a day…. Any advice? :(

Default sender email is suddenly showing up wrong - no changes to account

Suddenly today, even with no changes made on our end, the default name we want to appear when we send emails to our customers is showing up as “Hello com” and not our business name. We have checked the settings and nothing was changed and appears correct on our end. But in inboxes, our emails now come from this Hello com address. No solution found when searching. Is this a glitch or issue Klaviyo is fixing? Or did we do something wrong (without touching anything)?

Still NO textarea input field?

Hi thereIt's amazing: Klaviyo has many good features, but it doesn't have a textarea input field. Imagine you have to enter more than two words in a form field, the description of a problem, for example. You'll go crazy if it's all on one line.
