To start with, in order to "block" a Profile from your Klaviyo account, you'll simply need to suppress it within your Klaviyo admin, as long as the email address stays the same it should remain suppressed. A suppressed profile is a person who can no longer be emailed and Klaviyo will automatically exclude all suppressed profiles from email sends. This means that, even if you try to send an email to suppressed profiles, Klaviyo will automatically ensure that these intended recipients are skipped. I recommend reviewing our Guide to Suppressed Profiles in Klaviyo for additional details and instructions.
If you're looking to block this Profile from adding to a cart or starting the checkout process or interacting with your site in general, then you'll need to reach out to Shopify Support or whomever you use for your ecommerce store , as they're better suited to assist with their backend.
