Hey everyone,

I am about to onboard a new client who just invited me to his account but I can’t load the Klaviyo Dashboard and I am worried.

 

Here is a screenshot

A - they sent me a new link I am scared to open because picture B isn’t pretty too. 


B - how can I fix that? Or the platform is down 
 


Is this something I can fix myself or it is on @klaviyo’s end? ​​​​​​​

Hi @Akselpd,

Thanks for sharing this and no need to worry! We’ll get this squared away.

Give the following a try:

  1. Have your client delete your user 
  2. Have your client re-add you again using the "Add New User" button
  3. Log out of your Klaviyo account
  4. Go to your email inbox
  5. Accept the new invitation

If that does not work, please let us know.
