I have a question regarding dedicated IPs and pricing. Currently, we manage four Klaviyo accounts with a total of over 31,000 subscribers across different countries, and we are using a shared IP.
I’d like to know if we qualify for a dedicated IP and the associated pricing. Additionally, is it possible to have all of our countries (with each account representing a different country) on the same dedicated IP?
To qualify for a dedicated IP with Klaviyo, you typically need to send a significant volume of emails consistently. Given your total of 31,000 subscribers, you may meet the requirements, but it's best to consult Klaviyo directly for specific eligibility criteria and pricing. As for using the same dedicated IP for all countries, it's possible, but it may depend on your account setup and Klaviyo's policies. If you'd like further assistance with implementation, feel free to reach out.

Thank you for your response! Could you let me know how I can get in touch with Klaviyo? I tried live chat, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a helpful answer, and we currently don’t have a dedicated service manager."
To get in touch with Klaviyo support effectively, you can try the following options:
1. Submit a Support Ticket: Log into your Klaviyo account.
Navigate to the Help Center or click the question mark icon in the top-right corner.
Select "Submit a Ticket" and provide details about your issue. Ensure you include as much relevant information as possible.
2. Use Email Support: If available, send an email to their support team. The email address is typically accessible via the Help Center or their contact page.
3. Klaviyo Community Forum: Visit Klaviyo Community.
Post your question in the forum, where other users or Klaviyo representatives might assist you.
4. Contact Through Social Media: Reach out to Klaviyo via their official Twitter or LinkedIn accounts for support inquiries.
5. Schedule a Consultation: If you’re on a paid plan, you may have access to onboarding or account reviews. Check if you can schedule a call or consultation.
Let me know if you need help drafting a detailed support request!
