I downgraded my plan recently to the free plan from 2,500 active profiles and 25,000 email sends ($60 per month). I was under the impression that that subscription would last until the billing cycle ends at the end of December, and then id be downgraded. however I’m now being told i need to upgrade to send the amount of emails as before. please can you clarify?
