I have multiple websites and have used Klaviyo for years. I'm down to one website account now since I was not seeing the ROI. Upon reviewing my analytics, I've identified that my open rate and click rates are both very low. My open rate typically ranges between 30% and 40% for my emails. My click rate is even worse, under 1%. I usually send a mix of promotional emails, sales emails, and informational emails on how to use the product, how to get the most out of it, and other relevant details. I wondering if anyone has advice of strategies that will improve these numbers. Thank you so much for your help.

Hi @Nick H

I am curious to hear about if you are segmenting your campaigns? The right segmentation strategy will keep higher average on open rates and click rates whilst ensuring you are not creating friction in customer journey. I highly recommend setting up engagement segments - for the super engaged and the unengaged and then segmenting a bit more in the coming time to increase open rates, click rate and to ensure that your sending domain is not being damaged from lower engagement.

You can read more about segmentation strategies here: https://www.klaviyo.com/glossary/what-is-an-engaged-segment
And there is a guide here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000200072

I hope this helps!
