For example we’re trying to track an internal metric where we convert X% of new subscribers to customers within 45 days. Is there a way to use the custom report builder to make this report? Thanks for the help!

That is a great idea! Although Klaviyo is not yet able to tell you exactly what percentage of new subscribers have converted to customers within X amount of days, you can generate a report that shows both subscribers and placed orders within X amount of days using the report builder. Something like the following:
Additionally, you can run engagement reports on each of your lists to see what the average order value and overall engagement of the list/segment is.
