Hi, We have properly working “Viewed Product” track event on Product page in Shopify site. But.. out there have Quick View on collection page. So I have added code for it.  It does not tracking & does not display on Klaviyo admin side.  But.. If I execute SAME code on Browser console, it DOES track it and it displays on Klaviyo admin side.  please help.  Why it does not work from js file ? And why it properly work from browser console ?  

Yes, you can save any campaign or flow message as a template! For a campaign:From the Campaigns tab navigate into the campaign you want to save as a template. If it's not an A/B test, click on the three dots on the far right side of the row of the campaign. Click the option that says Add to Email Templates. However, if the campaign was an A/B test, you will need to clone the campaign, edit the variation you want to save, and click on the edit drop-down to find the Save as template button.For a flow:In the Flows tab, navigate to the specific flow message you want to save. Then, click Edit to go to the template preview. Here, click on the edit drop-down and select Save as template.

Whenever an order is placed and the inventory is a negative number like '-1' , '-2' etc. that an email will be sent to the warehouse to say that this order and SKU number is a preorder and an email will go to the customer to say thank you for their preorder and expected ship date. I use Klaviyo as my email service provider that can be used to send the emails.

I know there’s a way to do this via a lead form, but what if you just clicked on an ad? Is there some combination of Facebook Pixel, Klaviyo.js/cookie that would allow this to work? Happy to do any amount of custom integration needed. Thanks!Michael

Hi There, I’ve tried on a few occasions to paste code via the editor. Opening a new text box, tapping Source and “pasting” when I do tap “Source” all the editor tools go light grey and I see a message in the bottom of my browser saying “Javascript : void (“paste”)”Any help as to why this is occuring? Hello.I have a problem with the language in the email confirmation. I have set the language to German, but it still remains English. I hope someone can help me  

I was following the instructions on the topic “List Cleaning” and there was the suggestion to create a segment of soft bounces (ex. 4 soft bounces all time), for further suppression. I noticed that one of the contacts had 4 bounces, but also had opened the very same campaigns. How can that be? I got confused…I seems that the suggestion to suppress those profiles would not be a good idea. The profile I examined, after all, did open the campaigns.

My klaviyo integration is working well on many browser but IE 11. Is there any solution for it ? 

I noticed that most of the profiles that opens an email, opens it more than once. In many cases, the report shows two or more opens in the same minute or in a short period of time. Why does that happen? I find it unusual that so many customers opens the same email several times in a row.Maybe I set something wrong?

Hello!I am using hypervisual page builder with klaviyo and got this message: Now, this is all amazing but I can’t for the life of me find that address in my klaviyo at all. I’ve searched literally EVERYWHERE. It is sending to somewhere called a “preview list” in my settings so I go there:   But when I look in that “Preview List” in Klaviyo, I can’t find any address at all   So what can I do with this? Also, why is Klaviyo so complicated xD?? 

Many of my items are personalized in Shopify, so customers can make entries, such as name, birthdays, etc. It was working fine as of yesterday morning. After some work was done on Klaviyo - cart abandoment and that kind of stuff, now, none of those fields are working, on any of my products. It will not allow me to enter any characters! I have a FB campaign starting tomorrow, and now this! Hoping is just something easy to click on! Thanks for any kind of help - please! Thanks!

If I set a klaviyo dynamic code to expire on a specific date, does anyone know what time of day it will expire? For example, if I set it to expire on 10/24, will it stop working at 11:59pm on 10/24, or will it stop working at 11:59pm on 10/23.  Also, does anyone know if it operates in a specific time zone.  Thanks a bunch!

Hi,I set up a new segment based on the purchase of a promotional product.  Clients are being added to the segment without any issues (143 to date).  I then set up a flow where to trigger was someone entering this group.  The flow was only made live about 5 days after the segment was set up and activated on 6th November.So far only 20 people have been through the flow but based on the 9 day delay I set up in the flow 69 clients should have received their first email. Could it be that because I didn’t set up the flow after activating the segment some people have missed entering the flow?  And if this is the case how do I manually enter them? 

Yes! You can add two different dynamic coupons in the same email. Both dynamic coupons will be generated in your live emails.

Yes. Klaviyo will store every coupon code until it expires (up to 1 year). This means if you use the same placeholder variable multiple times in the same email, the same code will populate in all locations. This also means if you have a multi-email automated flow series, and you send someone a coupon code in Email #1, you can use the same coupon placeholder in Email #3 and we’ll give your customer the same exact code (unless the code has already expired).

Hey Team,We are ramping up our usage of Klaviyo and see we’ve exceed our active emailable profiles.  Does this mean that when my BF emails go out Monday that only 2500 of them will be email? Do I now need to upgrade?

If a customer loses an email that featured a discount code, you can view the coupon placeholder value and the unique coupon code sent by viewing the Coupons section of the customer's profile.If you send the customer a personal email containing the same coupon placeholder variable, the same dynamic code populates in the message. If the coupon has expired, a new unique code of the same type is generated for the message.
