Hey,
I’m having issues with my abandoned cart flow. When testing, it’s correctly displaying the details of the items in the abandoned cart, however when i click through to ‘return to cart’, it takes me through to the that product page on my woocommerce website, but not through to the checkout/cart. It’s not even registering that my cart has an item in it, which kind of defeats the point of having this set up in the first place.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Couple of quick questions, are you using the standard Woocommerce checkout or do you have a customer checkout? Are you using the syntax: {{ event.extra.CartRebuildKey }} for the button, which is the key Woocommerce is using to stock the information of the cart and Klaviyo is using to rebuild the cart:
