Anniversay Flow

I have read and re-read and watched  all the videos I can find.  I want to set up the anniversary flow, challenge is I don’t have a trigger for it when setting it up.  I just see first active date as a choice.  How can I add First Order Date to set this up correctly.

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community and thank you for your question!

To be able to use the Anniversary Flow (there is a great one pre-built in Klaviyo), you will need to ensure that customer profiles are being updated (tagged) with their first purchase date with a Profile Property. This step can happen within the flow. 

Then you can set the flow to send the email communications 365 days later.

Does it mean that we can not do this for our actual customers? It will only work for future customers that will get the FirstPurchase tag?
