Stuck In Review - In Live Mode

Hi there! I can’t figure out why my flows are not automating when I have it set to Live, not Manual. Every potential send goes to Need Review.

Welcome to the Klaviyo Community and thanks for reaching out for help with your flow.

When you check the “needs review” recipient section, were all of these profiles added all at the same time? If they were, I would suggest looking at your flows change log history to see if it was set to manual on the same time period. Once a flow is “Live” profiles should no longer be added to “needs review” like you were expecting. If you see that they are still being added, please send a screenshot of the change log showing when the flow went “Live” as well as a screen shot of the recipient section of “needs review” so we can dig deeper to find out why this unexpected behavior is happening.
