Ok, so I attended this class last week (4/1/2025) and I’ve “successfully” create a WINBACK flow. I made it live on 4/3 or 4/4 and sat back and waited.  I set up the period of time as “Wait 60 days” based on my average order (again as the class said).  I cannot wrap my brain around WHY or HOW it makes any sense that I now have to sit back and wait for ANOTHER 60 days to pass before any emails go out.  This should be addressed at the VERY BEGINNING of the class so people know what exactly they are getting into.  I thought this was going to help me NOW. It isn’t going to do anything for 60 days, the info in the emails will need updated at that time (which I wouldn’t mind doing---IF I ACTUALLY HAD GOTTEN USE OUT OF WHAT I CREATED TO BEGIN WITH) now it is really just wasted time.  I’ve tried CHAT EMAIL and LIVE.  And I still don’t understand…..If I have a customer NOW who hasn’t shopped in 60 days when I make that flow live THEY SHOULD be getting an email. It’s been 60 days.

If anyone can help me understand or tell me a solution that would help.  Would LOVE IT>  thanks.

@Angels Neverland - in the upper corner of the flow where it says “Manage Flow” - do you have an option for “Add past profiles”?

How do you calculate the customer buying cycle?
