Hey All,

Wondering if there is a way to pause delivery of flows (without turning them off), when specific campaign emails are sent? the key is i want them to remain in the position they are in the flow (including time) to a period after the campaign email is sent?

Hi @chrisB

Thank you for posting in Community!

In your flow, you can add additional filters to your flow mails to ensure that they are only delivered to those who have not received a certain campaign or message. Is that what you are looking for?

Another suggestions might be to set up a new conditional split that meets the criteria of what you want to achieve and duplicate the e-mail with a certain time delay.

Otherwise you can use the manual status for your flow mails and then run through the deliveries manually.

I hope this helps!

Hey Anna,

Kind of, I guess I want the flow to delay by X hours if a campaign email is sent.

For example, if I have a welcome series flow, and they are 2 hours from the next email, If I send a campiagn email, I want to add an additional X hours before the email sends.

I sometimes know things...
