Hi there,

I’m looking for some guidance if possible please?

I want to be able to email subscribers, based on their interests. For this example, the Interests are Countries. Is it possible to create a list or tag based on 1) Browsed, 2) Cart Abandoned, 3) Previous purchase?

So if subscriber A, either - 1) Browsed, 2) Cart Abandoned, 3) Previous purchased a ‘CUBA’ related product, I want to easily identify who this subscriber is, so I can send ‘CUBA’ related content.

To achieve this, what would be the best approach please?

Hey @JMD71, you might try using segments to create groups of subscribers based on the kinds of products they’ve browsed, purchased, etc.

From there, you can create a campaign, for example, to target “Cuba interested customers” and send them targeted content.

Alternatively, when creating a Browse/Abandon Cart flow, you can do conditional splits based on the item to send the right content.
