What API / request they klaviyo to validate spree store connection?

We have customized spree & also the API’s.
Can you please tell us what request / api (with url)​ Klaviyo use to validate store connection? We would update our API as per that.​​​​​

Add the Spree integration in Klaviyo

  1. To connect Spree to your account, navigate to Klaviyo and click your account name in the lower left corner, then select Integrations.
  2. Click Add integration, search for Spree, and click the card.
  3. On the next page, you'll need to provide your Store URL and a Spree API key / Encrypted Password. You can generate this API key in your Spree admin by navigating to Users, choosing an account, and then selecting Generate API Key.
  4. Back in Klaviyo, paste your Store URL and API key/encrypted password in the boxes.

It looks like you’ll want your Spree store’s URL, and your Spree API key here.

Thanks for reply, but the problem is that we have our own API’s and not using Spree default API’s.
Klaviyo is validating something, which we have removed (Spree default API’s)

Hi @nitesh,

If you’re planning on doing everything custom (i.e., through your own APIs), then perhaps you don’t even need to connect your Klaviyo account to Spree.

The Klaviyo ↔ Spree connection will allow you to use out-of-the-box integration methods between the two platforms. If you’d prefer not to use these out-of-the-box integrations, then you can simply build your integration yourself using Klaviyo’s API and your own coding.
