Can you confirm you have taken the following steps:

Navigated to the Klaviyo plugin in WordPress.

Under Subscribe contacts at checkout, add in your list ID where you want to send email subscribers.

Check the box labeled Subscribe contacts to email marketing.

Modify the Subscribe to newsletter text which will appear on your checkout.

Select Save Settings to update your checkout page.
If so, I would try disabling any other active WooCommerce plug-ins, and if the checkbox reappears after this, try enabling them back one-by-one to see which one was causing the issue. I would also ensure you have the latest version of the WooCommerce plug-in as outlined in our help center documentation.
