Shipstation not sending "fulfilled" orders to klaviyo

I have orders being shipped in shipstation that are from a fulfillment center. They show up under the “fulfillments” tab instead of shipments. These shipped orders are not being sent to Klaviyo. All of my other orders that are under the shipments tab are sending as normal. What am I missing here? Is this a Klaviyo issue or a ship station issue?

Thanks for sharing this question with us.

If you have a look at our Shipstation documentation under Order Shipped: Klaviyo will log this metric when ShipStation moves the order to the Shipped status. Orders will move here when an outbound shipping label is generated, but will not receive this status (and thus not log the Order Shipped metric) if manually marked as shipped or marked as shipped by a shipping third party. It sounds like the issue here is due to the latter scenario in which case it would need to be Shipstation moving the order to the Shipped status rather than the 3rd party for this to work.
