We recently made a change to Klaviyo cookies that has resulted in a minor impact to the WooCommerce integration. This affects the ability to track cookied users through started checkout events. To prevent any potential gaps in future started checkout event data within Klaviyo, we recommend customers with existing WooCommerce integrations upgrade to the latest version of our WooCommerce plugin, version 2.4.2.
Plugin updates can now be installed directly from your WordPress Admin page. When an update is available, you'll see an alert next to the Plugins tab. Click on the Plugins tab, scroll down to find the Klaviyo plugin, and install the update.
