Hello @Stojjan
To fix the Klaviyo Back in Stock flow issue, ensure the snippet is correctly added to your product template (product.liquid or product-template.liquid) as per the Klaviyo guide. Clear your browser and Shopify cache to apply changes. Test with a zero-inventory product to check if the “Notify Me” button appears. If it doesn’t, your theme might need adjustments—consult a developer if necessary. Ensure the Back in Stock flow is active in Klaviyo, and if the error persists, re-integrate Klaviyo with your Shopify store or contact their support.
Let me know if this helps!
Hey @Stojjan!
Are you using a free Shopify theme, or a paid, custom theme? As per our guide, the Back in Stock function is only guaranteed to work on free Shopify themes. That doesn’t mean that it’s impossible to make it work on custom themes - it might just take some more work by a developer.
Additionally, I see in the screenshot you sent over that “account id here” is in the account: line of code. I’m assuming you removed your account ID from the screenshot for privacy purposes, but in case you didn’t do that, be sure to add your six-digit account ID to that line, between the quotes.
Finally, another member of our community wrote a great guide on how to install Back in Stock. It’s really intuitive and has some great visual instructions. Check it out if you’d like:
