When calling the create profile API on my integrated website, when the contact has a dupe record in the database a error message is populating when submitting a form, anyway of overriding this this to allow this in the system and to merge with the relevant contact instead of a error message?

When you say “dupe record”, does that record have the same email address as the new one you’re trying to add? Also, would you be able to provide a screenshot/copy text of the error message you’re receiving, with any sensitive information redacted?
It might help myself and other Community members understand the issue better if we could understand which identifiers Klaviyo is using for the new/dupe record.
