We’re having an issue where a product review was added to multiple products in an order. The review request only shows one product, and only one product received the stars, but the review is also showing on the other product in the order. As you can see below, you can see the review, but it says there are no reviews for the product.
Our online store is on Shopify which is integrated with Klaviyo.
