We’re a B2B e-commerce, and we also sell through our sales team via sales orders using Netsuite. We’re considering having Klaviyo as our main marketing platform but for this we’d need to make sure we’re able to sync a good amount of custom fields into Klaviyo via our new CRM (either Salesforce or Zoho, not decided yet). Both platforms seem to only sync default lead fields though.
Has anyone synced custom fields via SFDC or Zoho? Which 3rd party did you use? And can you create segments/reports with these custom fields?

Hi @enzo.dell,
Thank you for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community.
For our Salesforce integration, we are able to sync custom fields but it will require you to reach out to our support team to add these desired custom fields for you. Alternatively, you can add custom fields yourself using the “Optional Fields” section in the Zoho integration settings on Klaviyo’s end. You’ll need to enter the custom fields using a comma-separated list and ensure there are no spaces between the commas.
The Optional Fields input must use the API names for the fields from Zoho. You can locate the API field names in Zoho by going to Settingsand then selecting Developer space > APIs > API Names. Click on Leads to list out the field name along with its corresponding API name.
Once these fields are synced over to Klaviyo, you’ll be able to segment off of them using the Properties about Someone condition and these properties can be included in flows and reporting as well.
If other community members have alternative ways they are gathering this information from these platforms into Klaviyo, of course it’s always great to hear from them as well. I hope this is helpful!
