Hopefully you can help me as I don’t know what I am doing wrong and the support emails are not getting me anywhere fast.
Firstly our setup is the following:
- Magento CE 2.3.3 (soon to be upgraded but current version)
- Klaviyo 1.2.3 (the latest for this version of Magento)
Steps Taken:
- Downloaded the Klaviyo Plugin
- Installed the Plugin
- Activated the Plugin
- Created a User
- Created a Public/Secret Key
- Setup the configuration
- Gone to Klaviyo and put the configuration in.
Result:
“Unable to connect to your store, check your Username and Password / API key. “
I have tried using the User Credentials configured on the plugin as well as the API Key as password but nothing is working.
It is a pitty there is no phone support as I feel like I have missed something so simple and the correspondance going back and forth has now been over two weeks. Really need to sort this soon.
