Hello People,I have found this post: The recommendation here is to run multiple stores + Klaviyo accounts… Shopify Markets is in Beta now, the benefit is to sell to multiple markets from one store. Therefore, the recommendation seems to be a bit outdated, since the benefit of Shopify Markets is to sell internationally from one single store. As far as I understood, it is more ore less the same technology and options Shopify offers today but bundled differently. We currently run our store in EN but are about to add DE as a second language. Customer marketing+forms and so on has to be bilingual too. Is there a Best Practice approach how to run (lists, flows, forms, content, ...) in multiple languages without unnecessary overhead? Thanks!
If you integrated with Facebook, but don’t see your Facebook page on the dropdown menu for Lead Ad settings in Klaviyo, the problem might be that the Facebook user who integrated with Klaviyo doesn’t have admin permissions on the associated page. The Facebook user who integrates with Klaviyo must have admin permissions on the associated Facebook Page in order for Lead Ads to work correctly. The only Facebook Pages available are those where the user has admin permissions. If you don't see the page you’re looking for when integrating, then the user who integrated with Facebook doesn't have admin permissions. After adding a user as an admin, it’s important to remove and re-add the integration so that it will work properly. To learn how to add a user as an admin, check out this post:Another way to solve this issue is by removing and re-adding the integration, and when you re-add, make sure to use a profile who already has admin permissions for the page. The Facebook user with the proper pa
Hi KL community, Wanted to gauge the interest of other brands for a roll out of a Klaviyo Browser Push notification, separate from the iOS push notifications that are currently featured. A lot of other CRMs that are a bit larger offer as part of their kit this but I like my KL ecosystem. I currently use a 3rd party Shopify App to provide this feature, where I can create similar flows to my KL (Abandon cart, welcome series) as well as notify interested subscribers about blog posts, and lastly to support my one time campaign measures. It’d be great to have this as part of my Klaviyo to prevent customer fatigue by hitting them in more than one medium, as well as provide customers the opportunity to choose how they get notified.
Hi,We integrated our Woocommerce website with Klaviyo today and we noticed a checkbox appeared on the checkout page as soon as we activated the Klaviyo plugin on Wordpress. It’s just a checkbox underneath the email field and with the words “(optional)” next to it.Any ideas how to remove this? I’m guessing it’s meant to be the Newsletter signup but then I’m not sure where to go to customise the text or to remove the option entirely.I’d appreciate any help! Thanks!
We use Klaviyo sign-up forms on our blog articles only. Klaviyo is slowing down page load times on all pages, even though it should only be running on blog pages. How can I turn off Klaviyo tracking for all pages other than blog pages? I can’t find any Klaviyo code snippets in my Shopify store, and I’ve already set Klaviyo to only run on blog pages in the newsletter settings.Screenshot below from Lighthouse shows Klaviyo blocking main thread work on a non-blog page.
Hey there, can someone tell me how can I track form submissions in Google Analytics 4?Is this something that I can achieve or not technically possible?I’m familiarized with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, also configured GA4 in Shopify and have Klaviyo script running on all my pages, it’s working with UA but not in GA4...Please help! 🙏🏽

I managed to integrate my shopify account with Klaviyo but even after pasting the snippet code into product.liquid in the shopify theme, the web tracking won’t successfully get set up - it just says ‘waiting for data’ at the bottom and won’t receive anything. What should I do?

WooCommerce error message: "Unable to access the orders API, please check connection settings and try again."
Hi! I’m getting this error when i try to Connect to WooCommerce from Klaviyo Integrations:Unable to access the orders API, please check connection settings and try again. If I generate a new pair of keys and select Legacy API, it connects, but I want to use the new API so it can sync periodically. The site is behind Cloudflare. I tried to set a firewall rule to allow Klaviyo user agent but no luck.I would like to know what may be causing this. Thank you,
As you may already know, Shopify introduced combinable discount codes in June of last year, which has been a game-changer for many of us.However, I'm writing today to discuss a challenge that I and many others have faced when using Klaviyo for flows and customer rewards. As you may know, dealing with dynamic discount codes in Klaviyo can be a bit cumbersome, especially for those of us who offer automatic codes through Shopify. For example, my shop offers automatic codes for bundling promotions - Buy 2, Save 5%, Buy 4, Save 15%. Unfortunately, this causes issues with our dynamic discount codes through Klaviyo, as we have to manually enable combinations each time Klaviyo generates a new set of discount codes. (This is just not possible to keep up with)That's why I'm here today to request a new feature that would make our lives much easier - the ability to enable combinations en masse per discount through the Klaviyo dashboard. Even just the ability to automatically combine codes would be
Hello Everyone!I have new theme Dawn, and now when I install back in stock button, it’s not a button anymore 😃It is just a piece of text. I cannot access any support as my account is older than 60 days, but I am also not a developer to fix it myself. I would be very thankful is someone from our community would be able to help me to fix the damaged code Klavyio provides for back in stock button. I want it to be as before - instead of ADD TO CARD → Notify MeI also do not want to have this button ON when product is in stock. It worked very well before but now it is al messed up and for person without coding skills not possible to fix.

Hi, We use Klaviyo and Magento, everything is good, but clients when they sign up to a newsletter or place an order Klaviyo and Magento only sync every 30 minutes.. this is a very long time for people to have to wait, especially to receive transactional emails. as per this page; https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005253208-How-Often-Integrations-Sync most integrations sync in Realtime, except some obscure platforms. Magento is still one of the largest platforms. Im not asking to necessarily make the sync’s real time, but at least every 5 minutes. You could also have different sync times for catalogs (longer) and transactional (faster) Any ideas? or is this something we need to put to Klaviyo to implement?
