Community countdown: K:BOS 2026 content tracks, sessions, and speakers

K:BOS 2026 runs September 9 to 10 in Boston, and it's built around four content tracks: Klaviyo AI, Klaviyo Service, Klaviyo Marketing, and Klaviyo Platform. If you're trying to figure out which sessions to prioritize before you land, here's a breakdown of what each track actually covers, with real session examples pulled from the published agenda.

Note that this isn't a full schedule dump. It's a guide to the questions this year's programming seems built to answer, so you can plan your two days around what's actually useful to you!

What are the four content tracks at K:BOS 2026?

Every session at K:BOS falls into one of four tracks, and each one maps to a different question you're probably already asking.

Klaviyo AI is for anyone wondering how AI actually changes day-to-day execution, not just what it promises to do someday.

Klaviyo Service is for anyone dealing with the gap between service and marketing teams working off different data.

Klaviyo Marketing is for anyone benchmarking their own send strategy against what other brands are doing right now.

Klaviyo Platform is for anyone thinking about Klaviyo as more than a point solution and wanting to see what that actually unlocks.

You don't need to pick just one. Most attendees will move across tracks depending on the hour. But knowing which track a session sits in should help you scan the agenda faster once it's live.

How is AI actually changing send strategy this year?

Short answer: less about generating content faster, more about answering questions you used to have to guess at.

One of the named Klaviyo AI sessions, "How AI is changing the purchasing funnel," takes this on directly. It's built around consumer data and walks through what separates real behavioral shifts from hype, with the goal of leaving attendees knowing what to build now for an increasingly AI-native customer base.

If you've been skeptical about how much AI is actually changing versus how much is marketing noise, this is the session built to test that skepticism against real data instead of vibes.

What does it look like when service and marketing share the same data?

This is the throughline across both the Klaviyo Service and Klaviyo Platform tracks this year, and it shows up most directly in two sessions.

"One platform, twice the power: What happens when service and marketing share the same data" is framed as a peer-to-peer conversation for brands that have already connected the two systems, or are actively working toward it. If your service and marketing teams are still operating off separate tools and separate customer views, this is the session that shows what changes when they're not.

"The connected brand: What full-platform Klaviyo customers know that others don't" goes further, arguing that brands using Klaviyo as a point solution are missing what full-platform customers have already figured out about automation and customer experience.

Neither session is theoretical. Both are framed around brands that have already made the shift, which means the caveats and tradeoffs should come from people who've actually lived them, not from a product deck.

What are other B2C brands doing differently with their marketing right now?

The Klaviyo Marketing track leans into this question hardest, and the headline session here is "More revenue, less volume: How leading brands send smarter and grow faster." Leaders from established brands walk through how they're rethinking marketing strategy now that AI and real-time data have changed what's actually possible, including sending less and getting more out of what they do send.

This pairs with customer panels running across Beauty, Fashion, Wellness, and Hospitality, featuring brands including Goodr, MESHKI, Dagne Dover, and Unilever Prestige. If you want a gut check on your own send cadence and volume assumptions, this is where to get it, straight from people running the programs.

Who's speaking, and what else is on the agenda?

K:BOS 2026 is bringing in roughly 2,000 attendees and 50-plus sponsors across the two days, with 25-plus hours of breakout content plus hands-on certifications and product access.

Keynote speakers include Gwyneth Paltrow, founder and CEO of goop, and Christina Tosi, founder and CEO of Milk Bar. Both bring a founder-and-operator lens to the mainstage rather than a purely brand-marketing one, which fits the practitioner-first tone the rest of the agenda is going for.

Wednesday evening also includes the K:Partners Awards, recognizing partners across the Klaviyo ecosystem, along with an evening celebration to close out day one.

What might change before the event

Session titles, exact timing, and speaker assignments are based on the agenda as published now, and conference schedules shift as event dates get closer. If a session you're planning around isn't showing up when you check the live agenda page, that's more likely a reshuffle than a cancellation. Worth checking the registration site closer to September for the final lineup rather than treating this piece as the last word.

What are you most excited to see?

If you're headed to Boston, which of these tracks are you prioritizing, and why? And if you've been to K:BOS before, what's the one session type you always make time for no matter what else is on the schedule? Drop it below, would genuinely love to see what the community's planning around.

Been to K:BOS before and I have to say, keynotes are really worth it. Her celebrity status aside, I’m sure Gwyneth Platrow will have a lot to share about goop’s marketing funnel and how their CRM works, so it’ll be a great opportunity to learn something new and put it to work quickly. Same thing happened last year with Liquid Death’s keynote.

On the session types, the panels where brand operators share tactical advice or case studies are always the best. This year I’m particularly looking forward to MESHKI sharing some of their secret sauce as I know they’ve been doing great work behind the scenes. Anything Klaviyo AI related will be exciting to attend, too!
