Hi everyone! I’m Jackie, CEO of BlackMilk Clothing, and I’ll be travelling from Brisbane, Australia for my very first K:Bos. I’ve been with BlackMilk for over 13 years, and no two days are ever the same. I help our team build a business that empowers people to express themselves unapologetically. I love getting into the tech and finding ways to use it to optimise the business and create better experiences for our community.

I’m especially looking forward to meeting other ecommerce leaders, learning how they’re using AI, data and personalisation, and bringing plenty of new ideas home to BlackMilk. Outside of work, I’m a mum of two, love travelling, and am always happy to chat all things ecommerce. Looking forward to meeting everyone in Boston!

Hey all!  I’m Justin, Director of ECommerce at Origin.  I’m heading down from Central Maine, for my second K:Bos. 

My day-to-day at Origin is a lot of AI, business strategy, tech stack and partner coordination, and planning.

This year, I’m hoping to gain some creative tactics on brand-building through owned channels (and networking, always networking!).

Fun fact about me:  We live on a lake here in Maine, and I love spending my summers waterskiing and wakeboarding with my wife and two daughters.

Hi, I’m Vic, a Klaviyo consultant and email strategist based in Cardiff, helping e-commerce brands get more from their CRM.

This will be my second K:BOS, and after such a brilliant experience last year, I’m coming in with high expectations (no pressure, Klaviyo team).

I’ll be travelling from Cardiff, UK, and I’m really looking forward to catching up with familiar faces, meeting more of the community, and hearing from the Klaviyo team and fellow experts.

Hi! I’m Zach - I am the Head of Martech Operations at Criquet Shirts based in Austin, Texas. My day-to-day now really revolves around work with our tech partners and our internal stakeholders to find pain points for customers and build using our technology to solve those. This will be my second K:BOS. I am really looking forward to the in-person time with our tech partners and other people I know in the industry as well as the really informative panels.

My fun fact is that I do stand up comedy. I’ve offered the past 2 years to do 15 minutes of stand up about retention marketing at K;BOS, and the offer still stands!

Johan here. I’m the CDO of Elite Supplements, Australia’s largest supplement retailer.

I’ll be traveling from Canberra, ACT, Australia.

Day to day, I work across eCommerce, AI, and digital innovation. A big part of my role is building AI-powered solutions, improving our tech stack, streamlining workflows through automation, and continuously enhancing the online customer experience.

This will be my first K:BOS, and I’m excited to meet everyone and learn from the community.

I’m hoping to come away with new ideas, practical strategies, and connections - especially around AI, personalisation, and technology that can help us build even better experiences for our customers.

Fun fact: I’m a huge football (soccer) fan. I once managed to squeeze in 4 matches across 3 days in 4 different countries.

Hey everyone! I’m Obeth Seguinot from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, and I work at ED Digital, where we help ecommerce brands grow through retention marketing, email, SMS, and all things Klaviyo.

This will be my fourth K:BOS, and every year one of the best parts is getting to connect with the Klaviyo community in person. There are always great ideas, conversations, and people doing interesting things with ecommerce and retention.

This year, I’m especially looking forward to getting inspired by the community, learning what other brands and agencies are experimenting with, and bringing some new ideas back home.

Fun fact: I’ve been talking about ecommerce for years through my Spanish-language podcast, Ecommerce con Shopify, so there’s a pretty good chance that if we start talking about ecommerce, Klaviyo, or Shopify, the conversation will go on for a while. 😅

Hey all, I'm Arpit, Lead Email Marketing Specialist at Flowium. Flying in from India.

Day to day I'm deep in Klaviyo. Flows, segmentation, the usual firefighting when a client's deliverability tanks for no obvious reason. I spend a chunk of my time in the Klaviyo Community forum too.

Second K:BOS for me. I want to meet the people who show up in the forum, whether they're asking questions or answering them. Also keen to talk to anyone using AI inside flows and segmentation, and swap notes on Composer. Still forming my opinion on it.

Fun fact: I'm a huge cricket fan and never miss a match when my team's playing in my city.

Looking forward to meeting everyone in Boston. Also, we should all grab a group photo at some point. Feels like a waste not to. haha!
