Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Tricia from Gleefull Supplements.

I’m traveling from Toronto, Canada and currently lead Sales at Gleefull, a women’s wellness and supplement brand focused on supporting women through menopause.

Day to day, I work primarily on retention and sales, including email & SMS marketing, subscriptions, loyalty, mobile app strategy, customer lifecycle, and finding new ways to improve LTV and the overall customer experience.

This will be my 2nd time at K:BOS, and I’m really excited to attend AGAIN!

One thing I’m hoping to get out of this year’s event is to connect with other eCommerce and retention leaders, exchange ideas, and learn what other fast-growing brands are doing differently, especially around retention, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.

Hi everyone! I’m Andrea from Best Choice Products, based in sunny Newport Beach, California. I support digital merchandising and oversee our email campaigns and flows. This is my first K:BOS, so I’m excited to meet other e-commerce leaders, hear from industry experts, and bring back fresh ideas and inspiration for my team!

Fun facts: I play competitive coed softball, and I love going to the beach with my dog, Bentley. Can’t wait to meet everyone in Boston!

Hi everyone! I'm Katherine, co-founder and VP at Maze (Studio Maze Design), a Shopify and Klaviyo technology-focused commerce consultant agency based in Montreal. We help overwhelmed brands with technical products scale and increase ROI by decomplexifying commerce into clear plans, data-led strategies, using world-class tools. 

Day to day, I lead sales, account management, and project direction for our retainer clients. Our team covers the full loop: acquisition (SEO, GEO, CRO), retention (Klaviyo lifecycle marketing), and systems work (Shopify Plus, POS, integrations). I work closely with Klaviyo across a handful of client accounts, so a lot of my week is flow strategy, segmentation, and figuring out what's actually driving retention versus what just looks good on a dashboard.

This is my first K:BOS. I'm hoping to meet new people and get into real conversations about where eCommerce is headed in the age of AI ☺️

And my fun facts: I picked up ballet as an adult two years ago, first time ever trying it. Turns out I love it! I also just started knitting a few months back and I'm racing to finish my latest project before the event so I can actually wear it there (🤞). I'm into specialty coffee, I have a mini Aussie named Ace, and I read constantly, mostly romance/smut (sorry, not sorry).

Hi all!! My name is Daniela Marín, and I’m the CEO of De Tin Marín, a Chilean company that helps families spend quality time together through ready-to-use craft kits, workshops, and creative experiences. We also have two Creative Studios in Santiago, Chile.

I’m traveling from Maryland, where I’ve been living since 2021.

My day-to-day is always different! I run our team in Chile, oversee sales and marketing, and somehow split my time between running the business and completing my Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications at Georgetown University.

This is my first K:BOS, and I’m really looking forward to learning more about how to improve our email marketing strategy, discovering what other brands are doing, and connecting with e-commerce owners from around the world.

Fun fact about me: I’m from Chile, the narrowest country in the world and I’m moving back there at the end of this year after almost six years in the U.S.!

Jacqueline here. I’m the Marketing & Brand Coordinator for Boston Provisions, home to Savenor’s Butchery and Wulf’s Fish here in Boston, MA. 

This is my first K:BOS, and I’m hoping to make new connections and come back to work with new ideas of tactics we can implement. 

A fun fact about me is that I grew up far from the coast, and now I work constantly with seafood – definitely a topic I’m fascinated by!

I’m Jacob and I’m with IK Multimedia with our headquarters based in Italy.

I will be traveling in from Southwest Florida and super excited for my first K:BOS event - we just attended the Miami Workshop so got a little taste of what’s to come. My day to day operations mainly consists around product education, launches, and improving our online communication with the help of Klaviyo’s tools.

I’m hoping to learn about the depths of Flows, automation, and properly engaging the customer journey top down efficiently. 

Fun fact: One of my biggest passions/hobby is wrestling/jiu jitsu and I run a content page with vlogs and interviews of world-class athletes from around the world!

Fun facts: I have a daughter whose initials are PEZ (unsure why this hasn’t landed me free lifetime candy yet). I hosted pub trivia for 5+ years (now retired). I can make an argument that Return of the Jedi was better than A New Hope, but Empire still is #1.

Hi! My name is Jessica and I work with Twenty Four Carrots, a small equine (horse) supplement brand based out of Santa Barbara, CA, but I will be coming in from Oregon. I wear a few hats for the company, but all marketing related from product photography to content creation to graphic design, and obviously email marketing 😎. This will be my first K:BOS event, and I’m really excited to simply level up my knowledge, maximize my understanding of how to use Klaviyo, and scale its attribution.
 

Fun facts about me: I’m a lifelong horse owner 🐴 , I coach my daughter’s soccer team ⚽️, and my favorite band is the Dirty Heads 🤘🏻. 

Hi! I'm Shlesha, founder of Banyan Agency, a lifecycle marketing agency based in Toronto, Canada.

We help ecommerce brands go beyond just sending pretty emails - building out full email & SMS strategy, segmentation, and storytelling that actually moves the needle. My background is in conversion copywriting so I put a lot of thought into the words that go into every piece of marketing.

This is my first K:BOS, and I'm especially looking forward to getting inspired by the community, seeing what other brands and agencies are experimenting with, and bringing some of that energy back home to Toronto.

Fun fact: outside of work I love volunteering, and I'm always cooking up some random new idea or side project that has nothing to do with marketing.
