Error when trying to export a segment to CSV

I’m trying to export a segment of 549 contacts to a CSV file and get this error when I try (screenshot below). I’m a manager on the account so I know I have the permissions to do it. What can I do?

Hi @Njeri_s 

That is an odd error! Is it still continuing?

I would suggest trying to log out and back in and also a fresh browser.
If the problem persists, then I would reach out to Klaviyo Support which should be available in your top right hand corner of the Klaviyo Admin.

Out of interest, is this happening on all exports, or just this particular one?

Only Klaviyo users with owner, admin, or analyst-level privileges can export CSVs. If you don’t see this option in the dropdown, ask an account admin or owner to upgrade your privileges or export the file for you.

Thanks for your response. It’s happening with all exports. Someone else responded and said only Owners, Admins, and Analysts can export CSVs so maybe it’s because I’m just a manager. Looking into it now.
